I felt odd about the whole thing as it didn’t seem like an innocent mistake to me. I’ve told a few others about it and they all agreed. My son bought a nice used car from them the next day. We didn’t hold a grudge, but I think its fair to share my experience.
So I left the dealership and came back a couple hours later to pick up the car. It was taking a VERY long time, and the salesman called twice to see when it would be ready. When it finally arrived, the detail guy said it took a long time to take off the pinstripe. I asked what he meant and why did he take it off, and the salesman said the manager must have deleted that in order to “make the price”. I wasn’t happy, but my wife and I both felt the vehicle looked better without the pinstripe. Then I asked about the keys to the tire locks. The salesman looked in the glove compartment and said the manager must have deleted those as well. Again, not a deal breaker but NO ONE TOLD US these things were being deleted to make the price we agreed upon... which I felt was deceptive. I saw the brand new all-weather mats and the cargo tray in the hatchback area, and asked the salesman if those were the mats and he said they were. When I got home neither the mats nor the cargo tray was there. They took those too, and no one told me they were taking them!
I texted the salesman and he said well the white sheet of paper I signed indicated what was included. This seemed odd because what it said was Mud flap package which I assumed included everything discussed above and was referred to as a package for a reason. After numerous texts he suggested I call the sales manager and speak to him. The sales manager said he thought I realized those things were deleted (How would anyone know unless someone said something?). They ended up giving us the cargo tray and the floor mats (no longer the new ones that were in the cargo area) but not the tire locks and keys.

Everyone here is cheerful and great to work with. Our sales person bent over backwards for us, the finance manager is one of the most likeable people I've ever met, and the cafe staff is wonderful. We have bought vehicles from other Honda dealerships in the past and I have even worked in a Honda showroom, and I have never experienced such an awesome staff. The only downside is how far it is from where I live, which is not worth taking stars away. Love this place, would recommend to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle.
Bought a 2017 Ridgeline in February. I have over 20,000 miles on the vehicle and love it. I stop in weekly and get a car wash and the sales team always treats me well.
