I don't live near a Dunkin' Donuts anymore, so this visit was a treat. Sour cream donuts are my favorite, but only if they're willing to warm them up for a few seconds, first - and they were! This is also my all-time favorite coffee and it's so good to be able to count on it tasting the same regardless of the store or location. Well done, and with a smile, too!
When they first opened they had a great staff of ladies working the drive-thru then they hired some guys who weren't customer friendly at all. Bring back your original staff. Those folks were super nice.
A nice little Dunkin adjacent to the Exxon mart. Generally the drinks are prepared fairly well, although on a few occasions they have not been mixed very well. A decent place to stop and grab a coffee before getting on I-81.
Always great quality. Staff is always super nice and polite. Pulled in at 9:58 and they were closing at 10. I didn't get anything after I asked when they closed but they were over the top willing to serve me, I simply don't believe in going somewhere 2 minutes before close. Great experience here.
Horrible Customer Service. Drive-tru employees don't pay attention to your order and keep rushing you while you are ordering. I tried speaking to a manager and nobody cared to even call and ask what the problem was. Instead, they invited me to come back in so i could get the same awful service. I love Dunkin Donuts, but will make sure not to stop in this store again.
